Habit for everyone on your list

Black Friday and December 1 are this week. That means two things: it is gift buying season and we’re already behind. As we started to make our holiday shopping list we of course thought about all the people who would appreciate the gift of HABIT cookbook. We came up with six arctypes. We hope this list checks off a few of them on your list, too. (To see where you can get a few copies check the current list.)

The gluten free eater: Josie is a celiac and every recipe in HABIT is gluten free by design.

The cook: Anyone that loves to cook from scratch and play with flavours will find the innovative recipes in HABIT a treat to create.

The cookbook lover: The photos are beautiful, the recipes are delicious and the concept of HABIT is different than just about every other cookbook out there.

The self-improver: More than a collection of recipes, HABIT is a manual for a new cooking technique that makes eating healthy easier and more fun.

The meal preper: We all have a friend (or sister) who is so organized they make meals ahead of time and freezes them for later. That person will love the six bases, common denominator concept that is the heart of HABIT.

The busy mom: HABIT is the cookbook Josie wishes she had when our daughter still lived at home. The recipes are simple, nutritious and crowd pleasers.
